Return Policy
At SunleafGlobal, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, including groceries, spices, frozen items, and fish, all sales are generally considered final. For food safety and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items such as fresh fish, frozen products, dairy items, or opened food products.
If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged product, or an item that is spoiled at the time of delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To process any claim, we may require clear photos of the product along with your order details. Once verified, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item.
For non-perishable items that are unopened and in original condition, return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery or pickup. Approved returns must be unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping or pickup costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
Wholesale orders are subject to separate return considerations. Due to bulk handling and food safety regulations, wholesale food products are typically non-returnable unless there is confirmed damage, defect, or delivery error. Any issues with wholesale deliveries must be reported within 24 hours.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality for all our customers.
